I believe a person cant deliver on their commitment to themselves unless they learn discipline. Discipline has to be part of a person’s strategy towards their goal. It is the missing link between goals and results. If you are inconsistent and lack discipline, the whole of your remaining effort will always amount to less than. Discipline is not only getting things done but knowing how to get things done with efficiency, preparation, attention to detail and enjoyment. Discipline is TRAINING YOUR SELF IN OBEDIENCE , without discipline you will fail. Discipline is character building and always leads to positive things. Your desire and discipline must be unwavering.
Its not rocket science, a body can be changed. Lack of wellness, physical fitness, strength and tone is not a disability that you are stuck with! You have as much control of your shape and health as you desire and how good you want to look and feel is totally up to you. I urge you to want for more and don’t settle for less. Set your self goals, daily, weekly, monthly and give yourself the great satisfaction of achieving. Bear any discomfort and remember, it may be uncomfortable but its not unbearable. You CAN do anything you set your mind to.
